Help! I installed SavvyConnect but am receiving a notice stating my SavvyConnect device is inactive or not currently sending data. What’s going on?

For PC: if SavvyConnect is already installed and you have been actively browsing the internet using a supported browser, the most likely scenario is that a browser extension is disabled.

For iOS/Android: if SavvyConnect is already installed, there might be an issue with your internet or VPN connection.
